Multi-Modal × Multi-Omics Integration
Helio's tests generate deeper, richer biological insights using machine-learning technology that combines years of multi-modal and multi-omics research. Over the past 10 years, our team of scientists has used artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify unique, proprietary DNA signatures that predict the presence of cancer as early as Stage I. We combine these DNA signatures with protein biomarkers to develop multi-analyte blood tests with greater sensitivity and specificity than current screening methods.
Our research continues to add more data types and features to our bioinformatics pipeline, allowing us to capture a wider array of signals and continuously improve our AI.

Helio Genomics has developed a proprietary platform called ECLIPSE, which enables accurate, efficient detection of cell-free DNA methylation patterns from blood — identifying the unique biomarkers that signal cancer, using next-generation sequencing technology.

The sample is prepared and enzymatically converted for analysis.
